Solid product,
I’ve ordered the same five-pack about three times in the last two years. It’s a great value: the single cartridge at Staples, manufactured by HP, is $78 today. HP cautions against using other manufacturers’ cartridges because of print quality, and claims it’s actually more costly to use the non-standard part because you’ll have to throw out nonperforming cartridges.
In my experience, I’ve only had one of 15 cartridges print so poorly and erratically that I needed to throw it out. Print quality isn’t always perfect, but it’s adequate for the job (I’m an attorney, and I file many court documents printed with these cartridges).
Do the math: 14 performing cartridges for $170 or less this way; 14 cartridges from Staples for $7,000 or more. No contest.

|Very good product,
This is the first time we’ve used this product and we have found it to be very good based on the cost. Charlie gets together with other people at her work and they all go in together on the order and share the cost. If you’re a teacher with a small budget it’s well worth trying it, we highly recommend it.

The five Pack HP Compatible Q2612A HP 12A Laser Toner Cartridge package was shipped in a very timely and quality manner. The price per cartridge is excellent. So far the first of five compatible cartridges has worked very well. The printing has been of very high quality. The only concern was that it makes a slight clicking noise when the printer operates. However, the first cartridge has operated successfully for more than a month without any problems.
